JENNIFER COGDILL
(Practice Manager)
My name is Jenny! I am one of the two Practice Managers here at Foundations who help to run the day-to-day operations. I work with billing, payroll, insurance, scheduling, and multiple other facets of the practice! Our overall goal as Practice Manager is to help make sure everything is running as smooth as possible. I look forward to assisting you with whatever questions you may have.
DANIELLE SHELTON, LMSW
My name is Danielle Shelton, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is working towards becoming a Licensed Independent Social Worker-Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). I received my MSW from Southern Illinois University. I’ve spent most of my career working with children in foster care, but also have experience working with people of all ages. My experience includes working with people who have trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship difficulties, those who struggle with managing behaviors, and regulating emotions. I believe that a holistic approach is important for change and growth. I utilize solution focused therapy, and have continued training in other treatment modalities such as TF-CBT and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I look forward to working with you on your journey of healing and growth!
MCCALL STEVENSON
Masters In Clinical Counseling – LPCA
I am a nationally certified counselor and a graduate of Augusta University, where I earned my Master’s degree in Counselor Education. I am currently working toward full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) under clinical supervision. I work with both children and adults using a strengths-based, individualized approach. My clinical experience includes supporting children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and emotional and behavioral dysregulation, helping youth build skills to navigate developmental changes, family dynamics, and evolving peer relationships. I also have experience working with adults within the VA system, supporting individuals as they navigate mental health challenges, life transitions, and the impact of lived experiences.
I integrate evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), systems theory, narrative therapy, and brief solution-
focused interventions. I have experience supporting clients with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and emotion and behavior regulation. My approach to counseling is grounded in a lifelong perspective, exploring how experiences shape present-day patterns, and emphasizes collaboration, skill-building, and growth in a supportive, client-centered environment.
TAMMY LEGATES, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master Social Worker! I have a Masters Degree from the University of South Carolina. I have been a critical care respiratory therapist for the past 25+ years and the spouse of a law enforcement officer so I have insight into medical traumas as well as first responders and their spouses. My passion lies with the spouses of first responders. Motivational
interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and attachment theory are examples of my treatment modalities. I am trained in eye movementdesensitization and reprocessing therapy (EMDR) for the treatment of trauma and PTSD. I also work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My goal is to meet clients where they are in their journey while adding valuable assets to their “tool boxes” to enhance daily living.
